NewsFebruary 2012Johnson Matthey Fuel Cells and Oxford Brookes University are jointly sponsoring the application for the formation of the Swindon University Technical College (Swindon UTC). The application is supported by Swindon College and Swindon Borough Council, along with a number of leading local industrial partner companies. Johnson Matthey Fuel Cells is proud to support a local initiative that will boost the vocational balance in education and better prepare students for work in industry. January 2012Johnson Matthey is a proud signatory and sponsor of UK H2 Mobility. The project will ensure that the UK is well placed for the roll-out of fuel cell vehicle technology. It will first evaluate the potential for hydrogen as a vehicle fuel in the UK before developing an action plan for the roll out a consumer refuelling infrastructure from 2015. Our partners in this project include a range of prominent car companies, fuel cell system makers and commercial gas suppliers, as well as the UK Government. |
