All of the major PEMFC components used by the fuel cell industry are manufactured within the Johnson Matthey Fuel Cells organisation: membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs), electro-catalysts, catalyst coated membranes (CCMs) and catalysed gas diffusion electrodes (GDEs).

The manufacture of these components is supported by a substantial long-term R&D capability and a world class testing and analysis facility.
